Frets.com is personally maintained and written by Frank Ford from his home. He has made it a point to keep his site separate from his business site which is both commendable and rare these days. This folks is the ultimate web site when it comes to a knowledge on the construction and repair of acoustic guitars. Frank himself state's :

"My experience is 100% acoustic, so I won't be able to help with questions about electric guitars."

I have to tell you folks the mans experience and wealth of knowledge shared is beyond any other web site dealing with building and repair on acoustical instruments. But don't discount it for that if your only working on a solid body electric yourself. It is still well worth a look, because many of the articles and tutorials cross over to any fretted instrument.

Frank if your reading this I would just like to give you a big THANK YOU! I can only hope that one day Project Guitar will be to the solid body electric guitar people what Frets.com is to the acoustical guitar community.
