This contest is open to any and all members that enter and will be continued each month for a place showing your creation on the homepage! The winner(s) of course will have his/her guitar featured on the homepage of Project Guitar.com and if you have a website the picture will link directly to it if you so choose (even commercial site's). If your a forum member you will also be upgraded to a Featured member which allows you to see the Advanced Chat section and download area. So show us your creation in this thread! You've got till sometime around the 23rd or 24th of April then this thread gets locked and the voting starts! Any Post that is not an entry will be deleted, feel free to start a new thread to discuss any guitar entered this month There may be more then one poll to determine winners in different catagorys at the end of this contest! Please post a maximum of your 4 best pictures per guitar entered Make sure Your Guitar has a Name or Nick Name as well otherwise one will be given to it Side note, if you are unable to post a picture you can e-mail one to Brian and it will be posted for you, or ask forum members how to post pictures, they are very helpful. dayvo Posted April 2, 2009 Report Share Posted April 2, 2009 (edited) Its been a long time coming to enter in GOTM Another Les Paul The DWR LP1 Specs: Brazilian Mahogany body and laminated neck Ebony fretboard Lacewood caps Paua trapezoid inlays Bone nut (handmade) Black binding on body, neck and head Finish, gloss nitrocellulose lacquer D'Addario strings Hardware, Gold Gotoh tuneomatic bridge and tailpiece, and tuners Gold pickup surrounds, toggle switch, strap holders and various screws Stewmac jumbo frets Pickups: Neck 8.5k, Bridge 14k. Jaden Posted April 6, 2009 Report Share Posted April 6, 2009 This month its a seven string. i'll call this one the JHM 7. spec: quilted maple topped mahogany body dyed purple and finished in poly 5 piece maple and bubinga neck with customer designed headstock and my name on the top of it. dimarzio pickups - tone zone and air norton edge pro 7 locking trem volume control only with 5 way switch skull inlay with offset small dots on rosewood. all in all this guitar plays great and has a huge sound. ive loved making it and the owner im sure will love playing it. Body: Semi hollow Jarrah with black plastic binding. Neck: Victorian ash with Abalone Caro logo inlay.Rosewood FB. 25.125 inch scale or 641mm P/Ups: Golden age vintage output set Electronics: 1 Vol, 1 Tone and a coil tap on both neck and bridge p/ups. 3 Way selector switch. Wired through p/up and f holes (no cavity cover). Hardware: Schaller strap locks, Gibson LP jackplate, Nashville TOM with gotoh tailpiece, Wilkinson mini flatlock tuners and jumbo frets. Finish: Nitrocellulose Ive had fun building this guitar and its come up great for my second effort. The guitar does have a nice hollow tone aswell so i must have done something right!
