My little scribble tribute I drew when I first found out.
In order to tribute him through his medium, the guitar, I'd carve his visage in old-style relief, like the dollar bill prints, using that wood-press look, on a flamed-maple, transparent green-burst finish; of course on a classic star body. What do you think of how that would look? I'd love to do that, or possibly make a mold so that his face would be in regular relief on diamond plate, on a black painted body; this is just a dream... I don't know if I could do that.
Personally, I'd like to say that I pay tribute to that man by staying true to myself, and blazing my own trail by my own unique brand of music. That I think would be the ultimate tribute to Dimebag.
