    So you just steam first and then use your vacumm press, is that all ?

    Hi Scott I am Nat from Venezuela, a new member. If you use a vacumm press for gluing tops, how can you do it without craking the top wood? I mean, with clamps you suggest to wet the wood or steam it, shouldn't you do the same with vacumm press?
