If i want to make guitars for sale for example hollow body like Gretsch ,how similar in shape can be ,and what parts (if any) can i use for manufacturing to avoid law suits.If i chenge the shape ,but use the same pickups and other parts ,would this still be illegal? Is it legal to make almost the same shape with completely the same electronic and other parts ,and put another name/logo on the guitar and sell it? Thank you in advance !
