bernardkk
i do apologise in advance if i posted in the wrong section of the forum. anyway heres the gist.. just a crazy tot, 1)have anyone here see a guitar with a s-h configaration? meaning a hum at neck and a single at bridge. what wld be the possible tonal sounding?( i think its available on a telecaster style ala albert collins, but in a 'metal music',anyone? 2)any tried to used a bass guitar body and converted it to a guitar?again tonal difference? (i only knew john squire of stone roses had one) 3)lastly,guitar like the kramer savant or metalist or even the reverend guitars have metal parts attached internally or externally to supposely improve tone n balance sound..anyone tried it on thier own custom axes? litchfield
I did an SH wiring (hum neck, single bridge) on my Tele. Tricky to get the balance right, and I couldnt have done it without the neck angle I did to accomodate the TOM. Bass to guitar convo.....Can be done, Havent gotten far with mine.
