LGM Guitars
They're actually 430mm which is about 16.93" but the 16" radius is fine, it's not that different. This isn't really the correct section for this question either.
Longwing
: Help anyone!! I am new to the guitar building forum and new to guitar building in general however, I have vast knowledge in fine wood working. I was wondering. Can someone help me with the fret board size etc? I want to order a pre-radiused fret board from Luthiers Mercantile International, Inc. in California. I need to know the size of board for an Ibanez 550. My question is. 1. Is it a 25.5 or a 25.0 24 fret of course 2. Luthier only offers a 16” radius board unless you special order, would you special order or just get the 16” board. Is there any real difference? Thanks. Longwing
Jeremy of LGM guitars, I didn't realize you are in Canada. What part? I am in British Columbia in the Okanagan. Longwing
LGM Guitars
You probably won't notice the difference on the 16" radius. The Ibanez is 25.5" scale. I'm in Red Deer, Alberta. What kind of wood do you need, I might have a board here somewhere.
Longwing
Jeremy Thanks for the reply, Alberta great I'll keep in touch with you then. As far as wood I'm open to what you might have. Leave your phone number and I'll call you directly. Thanks again Blake.
