mdw3332
Here's a picture of a piece of maple I picked up at a woodworkers show this weekend. I would like to finish it something like the Rickenbacler Mapleglo. Any hints on how to do that? Thanks.
skibum5545
Maybe I'm missing something critically important about the mapleglo finish, but it appears to be, well, clear. I just googled a bunch of examples and they all appear to be clearcoat over light wood. What am I missing?
