Carvin Necks

Recommended Posts

What's the "order info" that you need?

It seems to work pretty standard.

Add to cart, proceed to checkout, fill in info, etc.

What is missing?

Unless you're outside of the U.S.

In that case, you order through your local Carvin distributor....

On a semi related note, where are you getting your wood?

And in case you're wondering, I'm in Sweden too (Slabbefusk and vendelcrow are too. Haven't seen vendel in a while though).

Hey! 1/4 Swedish here, so.. cool! Anyway, I love Carvin necks. The fretwork is better than Warmoth, but less custom options are offered. The prices are lower, and.. well, you can get neck-thru. If you contact Carvin, they can custom-build some of the parts of it (inlays, woods, maybe scale length).. but it may cost extra. I'm not sure how they compare to USA Custom, but it's too bad they don't ship international. Oh, and by the way: it takes them 3 to 4 weeks to build the neck.. so it'll probably take a while.

You've got any experience regarding them?

Nope, but if your experience is good, I might get some... :D

I've only built one body so far, and for it I used wood that I got through the "träslöjd" (wood shop classes or something like that) in school.
