I would like to inlay a rose design around the 12th fret. On the 5th and 17th I would like some sort of small leaf design to match. The rose will hopefully be made of purpleheart and mahogany, or some other woods that I may happen upon. Its not definate yet. Here is the design I am planning on for around the 12th fret. It would actually span about 4 frets. I have no idea what I will do for the 5th and 17th. If anyone would like to offer some ideas for those, or redraw the picture above I would really appriciate it.
