Duff Beer Man
Ok, im going to put binding on my next guitar but am really confussed about it. I dont understand how to get a smooth binding like on gibsons and what not. I bought some binding from Stew mac but it has lines in it. How do i make it all smooth and make it so you cant see the lines in the binding?
Daniel Sorbera
I dont really know how to do it but when I devised a good "easy" way to do binding. You cut it too big and than just trim it down once it's in. This is possiable for me cuse I use wood binding.
Drak
It's supposed to have those (wavy) lines, that's what you bought, whether you know it or not.
AlGeeEater
Is it normal for builders to get the binding flush with a plane?
