Mixing Passive And Active

I want to put an Emg 81 bridge in my guitar with the Emg pots and output.

Then I wanted to put something passive in the neck.I won't want a volume or tone for the neck,so do I just wire it to an on/off switch then to the one side of the stereo output?

That will work - you may find that you have to add a pulldown resistor (500K or 1M) across the passive's output to keep it from popping when you switch it in. If it doesn't pop (or it does, but not enough to bother you), don't worry about it.
