pokpok
i plan on doing pyramid inlays like that found on a JEM neck now from what ive read the vinyl used underneat the inlay usually fades. now im not really scientific but IIRC sunlight causes it to fade....if i were to get UV resistant polycarbonate (as opposed to) would i reduce the fading? LWiedenman
Yes, from everything I know it's UV that causes fading problems. Over time you will still get some fading problems, but that will multiply the life of the color nearly 100 times.
