Daniel Sorbera
I have some grover tuners that say it has adjustable knob tension but I can't find any instruction saying how too adjust the tension.
Southpa
There is a little washer between the knob and the main body of the tuner. The washer is curved and made of spring steel. Turn the little screw holding the knob on and you have some measure of control on how hard it is to turn the knob. thedoctor
If you screw with it too much it will keep changing tension on you as the retaining screw loosens and tightens itself. At that point, take the screw out and put a drop of LokTite removable on the threads. Bring the tension up to where you want it and leave it for 4 hours.
