unclej Posted May 19, 2005 Report Posted May 19, 2005 the easiest way that i've found to get the old ones of (because i'm too cheap to by a puller) is to slip the end of a butter knife under the knob..pull up slightly on the handle and turn the knob all the way one way and then the other. add a little more pressure and do it again. by this time the knob should be walking up the shaft and you can grab it with your fingers and pull it off.
