Knobs Off A Strat

Hey, this is a newb question but how do you get the knobvs (vol., tone) off a strat? i'm new to guitar customization, and i did search but could'nt find the information i needed..

You can usually pull off the knob with no problem. If it's a stubborn knob, have a look here:

one thing is to use ur shirt or a towel,rag or something like that put it under the knob and pull lol it should pop off

'part from that just yanking them off like the kids at my school do to the strats we have there should work a treat.

the easiest way that i've found to get the old ones of (because i'm too cheap to by a puller) is to slip the end of a butter knife under the knob..pull up slightly on the handle and turn the knob all the way one way and then the other. add a little more pressure and do it again. by this time the knob should be walking up the shaft and you can grab it with your fingers and pull it off.
