allstellar
Is the route for a teleneck wider AND longer than a strat neck? can a strat neck fit a tele body? ( I already have a stew-mac strat neck and want to build a "double - fat - tele)
jay5
A strat neck heel has a round end whereas a tele has a flat face. Go to warmoth.com and read what they have to say. It explains it well.

Maiden69
The heel shape of Strat® necks is rounded at the end, Teles® are squared. Strat® necks will fit Tele® bodies but show a gap at the corners. Tele® necks may not intonate on a Strat® body without neck pocket modification. Like he said, look up in the warmoth site. http://www.warmoth.com/guitar/necks/necks....fuseaction=faq2
