marksound Posted June 2, 2005 Report Share Posted June 2, 2005 I've cut a headstock with a coping saw. Just take your time, keep the saw perpendicular to the work, cut outside your line, and use a small rasp, file, and various grades of sandpaper to clean it up. It's not nearly as hard as it looks.
