Idea With Jackson

Hey all,

I dont know if someone has posted on this already, so I will post.

I have had this wicked idea of putting a small fx processor in my beaten up Jackson PS4. I mean, sorta like those Line 6 Variax stuff. I am on a limited budget, but is there anything even out there with this idea? W/o Ripping apart a new line 6 guitar. I think that this would be wicked-sweet.

Any ideas?

Has anyone ever had any experience with the Artec Quadra Distortion Driver ? I saw it and liked the idea. Who wouldnt like having one whole distortion unit inside a switch and board? Here is there page:

here ya go sport, i put one of these [i know there are better units now days but this to me sounded better at the time i did this to an old yamaha guitar] in an old yamaha rg2112 i belive was themodel no. it had a way to big compartment for the controls so i stripped it down and shoved it in there.
