Fret Dressing System

Anyone know anything about this "system" for fret dressing?

For $20 bucks you get a rather poor sanding block and some sand paper. I think you could come up with a better system on your own.

You'll never get as good results with a small radius block as you would with a long one that covers the whole fretboard at the same time. That's why I made an 18" long radius block, but have recently been tempted to buy an aluminium one from Stew Mac.

See, I can't even tell that that thing is a radius block. It looks like a piece of metal of some kind, and I'm assuming that you have to bend it to fit your neck while you are leveling? Why else wouldn't they sell a kit for a particular radius?
