I haven't, but Roberto Venn's a name I'm fairly familar with. Pretty well known lutherie school.

As for prices, they're OK. Pretty standard mid-range prices, about what I expect to pay for stuff. Body blanks and neck blanks I still prefer to get locally, but the prices on the tops (keeping in mind none are suitable for carving) are mostly decent.
