Need Advice On Tools

Recommended Posts

A cheap router is probably the only item you can't do without. The rest you can beg, steal or borrow. Local furniture, wood working facilities mostly have all the heavy lifting stuff.

Planers

Band Saws

Table saws

Thickness sanders

etc.

Hand over couple of cold brewski's and they will happy to help you out. (And even if they charge a small fee........$5-$10 bucks per time.....it still beats spending $1500 dollar on one of those machines you only use 1-2 per build.

No need to invest in expen$ive hardware. Just make some new friends. Most people love it to help you out.

"Oh, nooo :D ...there is that guitar guy again. Duck and run!!!"
