Sambo Posted November 10, 2005 Report Posted November 10, 2005 Well to be honest, it depends what you want on it. If you're just after a booster then go to www.generalguitargadgets.com or www.tonepad.com and have a look. They're pretty self explanatory. If you're after something more than that it might take a bit of research. I would rip the one out of my strat and make a schematic, but its at home (i'm at uni at the mo!). Let me know if you want some more info. Quote
eclipse666 Posted November 11, 2005 Author Report Posted November 11, 2005 thanks thats all I really wanted anyways... Quote
Sambo Posted November 11, 2005 Report Posted November 11, 2005 Well theres loads of circuits there that will work. Could even put a tube screamer in yer guitar . But theres things like MXR microamps that have small circuit boards. Could replace a tone pot with the gain control and add a switch to turn it on/off They're about $10 from tonepad so have a look Quote
ansil Posted November 11, 2005 Report Posted November 11, 2005 lpb1 ultra small boards. low parts counts. mine are a little over .5*.5" the newer ones are smaller than that but all the parts stand on end. and i have some ultra tiny .1uf caps. and parts are soldered on both sides of the boards but what do you expect for something nearly the size of .33*.29" pretty darn small ok LK feel free why i need to hurt my eyes. i have an answer. lol visual comparison Quote
