Stiffy
I think it's just in the clearcoat but wetsanding seems to just increase the scratches. How do you get rid of scratches?
thegarehanman
Wetsanding always needs to be followed by progressively finer buffing compounds to completely eliminate all scratches(well...almost completely).

Mattia
Read any one of a number of finishing/buffing tutorials. Bound to be some here, probably a few at StewMac under 'free info'. OK, basically: I level with 600 or 800 grit, shoot the final coat, then wetsand/level with 1200 grit, if I've got it 1500 grit, then go to polishing/buffing compounds (in my case, StewMacs, but most any silicone-free automotice buffing compounds will do, either by hand or machine).
