ibanez_crazy
There is a company that sells huge decals you just stick to the front of the guitar, and VOILA.. you have a george lynch screaming skull guitar, randy rhodes polka dot V, Zaak Wylde Les Paul, but why wouldnt you attempt it yourself? I am by no means an artist, and Im doing my first one now. This isnt intended as a rip on you by any means. Everything I have learned up to this point is trial and error anyways, so why not give it a shot. If it dosent turn out how you like, strip it down and try again. ibanez_crazy
http://www.gsrguitars.co.uk/decalkits.htm They have a bunch. I did my first custom graphics using something similar to this on a black body, and cleared over the guitar. Didnt turn out half bad either
ibanez_crazy
No. If I use this method, I still have to cut them by hand, or order them through a company. Check out the tutorial on a material finish also, that takes more time, but unlocks a whole new world of chioces.
