Black_Cat
I need to do some cosmetic repairs to a Jackson DR7 and can't seem to find any info on what they use to finish their guitars with. Nitro or poly? I think it's poly. If it is, what brand would you suggest I use?

Nitro or poly? I think it's poly. If it is, what brand would you suggest I use? ← Okay. I've been searching and haven't been able to come up with an answer. I'm 99% sure this guitar body has a polyester finish. I need to repair a small chip. I've glued the chip back into place, but the border around the repair is unsightly. If I used something along the lines of this stuff do you think that would look decent when I'm done? Any other suggestions would be welcomed. Black_Cat
a little steap but it should do the trick ← It's $6.15 to ship it, but they tack on a $5 handling fee! Bastages. It's the only polyester repair kit I could find anywhere. I'm not about to respray the whole thing just for a tiny imperfection.
