Calum_Barrow Posted December 17, 2005 Report Posted December 17, 2005 They're very sought after things. You could buy a licensed bridge from a Steinberger copy off ebay, and buy it as a donor. Ed Roman has loads of parts, but as we all know he's expensive and even then he doesn't sell them to everyone, Steinberger parts in particular. Quote
Nitefly SA Posted December 17, 2005 Report Posted December 17, 2005 ebay maybe, some one here made his own headless tuners Quote
scottyd Posted December 17, 2005 Author Report Posted December 17, 2005 yeah the models ive found are pretty pricey.... Quote
Calum_Barrow Posted December 17, 2005 Report Posted December 17, 2005 How about this? http://cgi.ebay.com/BRAND-NEW-RED-STARFIRE...1QQcmdZViewItem Just take the bridge and the mount off the top of the neck and you're sorted. You can get measurements for the bridge and such off the body too. Quote
Hughes Posted December 17, 2005 Report Posted December 17, 2005 couldnt you do what the old bichs did and rout a channel at the butt of the guitar and stick some normal tuners there? http://www.rocknrollvintage.com/prodimages...k%20Natural.jpg Quote
Mattia Posted December 17, 2005 Report Posted December 17, 2005 Good headless stuff ain't cheap, but it's worth it. I've got an ABM set for electric gutiar (ordered direct from ABM), and ETS makes some killer high-end bass hardware. Quote
