mullmuzzler Posted January 4, 2006 Report Posted January 4, 2006 Don't like f-holes, other than that - go for it! mullmuzzler | OSSMT Quote
Duff Beer Man Posted January 6, 2006 Author Report Posted January 6, 2006 you dont like f-holes in general, or f-holes painted on a guitar? Quote
Primal Posted January 6, 2006 Report Posted January 6, 2006 IF you do paint f-holes, PLEASE paint them black! Quote
thegarehanman Posted January 6, 2006 Report Posted January 6, 2006 IMHO, those f-holes look out of place. If anything, I think they'd need to be moved up about 3 or 4 inches to look right. That poses a problem with your monkey grip though. Honestly, I wouldn't put fake f-holes on anything. A semi-hollow with a gut cut and monkey grip could be pretty slick though. You'd just have to plan your cavity routes very carefully. peace, russ Quote
