Shmear Finish Its Like Swirl?

What do you think guys? Tyler Shmear finish its like swirl paint?

Swirl its with oil paint, but the shmear its like normal paint i think.

Maybe its the normal style with tape and aerograph.

its a swirl i had one come out fairly similar

it might be paint runs down a body, but it's not a swirl, it looks more to me like the paint is poured on and "shmeared" down the body with a rag, hence the name, nothing about it looks like a swirl if you ask me.

its not a traditional swirl but i really think it is. although, you are pretty much the paint expert

Maybe they are using tape in some areas and then swirl the paint, but its a lot of work.

I want a paint like that but im not sure, maybe testing and testing its the way to konw.
