Stiffy
The guitar strings get higher as it runs down the fretboard. Does that mean the neck is warped? I took the neck off there doesn't seem anything noticable like a bow in fact seems pretty straight. I lowered the bridge and the strings still too high. So wassup with it? weaponepsilon
I assume that you mean the closer you get closer to the 12th fret the higher the fret. If the neck is straight and the strings get higher toward the 12th fret. Then you need to adjust the neck angle. Start small by adding something thin like a business card under the heel to make it lean back toward you before you do anything major like rerouting the pocket. If you mean it get higher toward the nut, the you need to adjust the nut i.e. file it down.
marksound
Guitar picks work well for neck shims.
