Stereo Volume/expression Pedal

Just picked up and old volume/expression pedal for my Zoom effects. I got it for £2 because it needs rewiring and a new pot. Anyone know a good schematic/diagram for the job ?? Also, I was gonna use a 500k pot that I have lying around, but I've heard 1000k are better. Any thoughts ??

By the way, it's just got one stereo jack, the sort that does both in and out signal jobs.

Here is one for a stereo volume pedal, perhaps you coukld use only half and leave of the balance...they are pretty simple really.

Try opening up and seeing what value pot is in it already?

There was no pot in it when I got it. It was basically just an A1 condition casing and a few wires.
