Ok, I'm building a guitar with one humbucker, and a fixed bridge. I want to just have that and an output... No tone, no volume, but I have no idea how to wire that. If it helps, I have a SD Custom Custom.

Thanks

Solder the red and white wires together, solder the black wire to the tip lug on the output jack, solder the green and silver ground wires together to the sleeve lug on the output jack. Solder another wire to the ground lug on the output jack and run it up to the bridge. Either solder it to the underside of the bridge or let the bridge hold it in place between the bottom of the bridge and the top of the body with screw tension.
