Anyone Have A Wiring Diagram For 3 Pickups On A 5 Way Rotary Switch?

I have a guitar I am finishing and I have 3 pickups on a 5 way roary switch. I want the pickups to work just like a Strat for positions 1-5. I have the switch, but I have no schematics to go off of. There are like 40 different lugs on the switch. Any ideas?

something along those lines, I imagine 3 single coils would be simpler.

There are also some drawings of rotary switches used in PRS, but only two humbuckers.

I can find a 3 way (4pole) rotary switch locally and wanted to combine it with my stock 5 way strat switch. How would the wiring differ from this?? (http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/schematics/lp_custom_wiring_schematic.pdf)
