I just got an Earvana nut said to be 1'5/8" and it's smaller than the current nut, which I mesure to be 1'11/16" but all websites say it's suposed to be 1'5/8"... it's also the exact same size as my Thinline japanese tele which is suposed to be 1'5/8" also... any clue what's going on ? Francis. Thing is, I actually get 41mm for the one that's labeled 1'5/8" and 42.4mm for the old one which according to websites specs should be the same.
