giveitaway
So i was thinking of something funky for my project bass (used squire P-bass) this summer, and i thought of a checkerboard paint job (yes i'm feeling adventurous). I think i would just do it on the front so i wouldnt have to worry about the curves. Any ideas on how to do it, i'm thinking of 1 inch squares, black and white with the base (back and sides) white. Stencils? carefully cut masking tape? im not really sure. Edited March 18, 2006 by giveitaway
Maiden69
Go to a sign making shop, and have them cut you a stencil on low tack vinil. It will be a lot easier to do than masking.
