Deft Clear Lacquer

Is it possible to get a mirror gloss finish with Deft if properly buffed? If so what steps should I take. What type of course sanding paper should I use etc? I'm trying to redue a Aria Pro II TS-400. I want the grain to show.

You really need to do a search... there are tons of threads about DEFT.
