4 Pole Switchs?

The best link I can give you is to a picture of what one looks like. There's not a lot of info as to how they work as its quite simple really!

You have four 'poles' two on each layer (also called wafer) of the switch. Each pole has 6 lugs: one is the 'common' and in each of the five possitions this 'common' lug connects to one of the other five lugs in order.

Not matter what your switching you're most likely to be able to do it with one of these switches.
