vicarious484
Hi all, I'm trying to find out if this is possible. I'm wiring 2 humbuckers using a P Megaswitch from Stewmac. The drawing indicates one volume and one tone. Is there a way I can have 2 volumes and 2 tones for such a setup? The diagram shows only one hot output going to one volume pot. http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Electronics,_p...30.html#details I am new to wiring so keeping things simple is best. Thank you so much, Glen
Robert_the_damned
hmmm tough one this.....you can and you can't......you could wire the 'hot' from each pickup straight to a volume pot then to the correct point on the switch and have the tone connected to the correct volume pot. Howver this would mean that neither volume wouldn't function on position 2, they'd work fine in all the other poistions just not that one! it is possible to get it to work right 100% of the time using this switch it requires a bit of wiring but I have a diagram if you're in need of one. If you've already bought the other one then you may have to compromise. Robert
