RG_Bandit
hello i want to make a guitar so i am finding all the parts i will need. I still need a nut, so i went to a website where they sell parts but when i searched for nuts i found out that they only had locking nuts. So my question is, i wanna make a guitar with a Hipshot / HIP-41100B bridge, can i use a locking nut with this bridge. thank you
Nitefly SA
it may cause tuning problems, but you certainly could. Did you look at stew mac? they have a lot of nuts (stop laughing)
ryanb
Stay away from locking nuts for that trem. (You could use locking tuners if you want.) There are plenty of suppliers where you can get nuts.
