JJ Rodriguez Posted July 23, 2006 Report Posted July 23, 2006 (edited) For the first guitar I want to build, it will have something basic like an Ibanez RG shape, and neck through. For a Kahler tremolo on a flat top guitar, would a neck angle be necessary/recommended? My concern is blending the neck angle into the wings with a flat top. I know how to calculate the neck angle, I guess implementing it is the confusing part to me. Edited July 23, 2006 by JJ Rodriguez Quote
sexybeast Posted July 24, 2006 Report Posted July 24, 2006 Go to Neal Moser's site. You have to join the forum to find the "Brotherhood of Wood" section. He's got a really good tutorial pinned outlining the building of a neck-thru. I have it printed out and bound. Quote
