DividedByJames
I heard Fear Factory called it quits. The bass player I think went on to play with Cypress Hill or one of those rapper side projects. Anyway, there's there cool Canadian rock band that I have been listening to lately called Pulse Ultra. I saw them open up for Chevelle a while ago and I bought their CD because they were extremely talented and they wrote great songs. Of course I saw them before Jared Leto's band played and I would recommend not listening to his band. Ever. Anyway back to Pulse Ultra...they're more like Incubus but they lean more towards the Steve Vai corner than MTV. There's a great track on the CD where the bassist and guitarist are doing complementing tapping riffs. Check them out. They are defiantely an up-and-coming band. I think one of their videos can be watched on www.Launch.com Otherwise check out Tenacious D. Best band ever!
