Gerontius
Hello... I'm new to this forum. I live in Europe, and i'm about to order from universaljems... I'd like to know if anyone from Europe has ordered and payed via Western Union... i know that it sounds paranoid to you... but i've already dealt with earvana, payed them, they charged my credit card... but the nut never arrived they never replied to my emails So basically... i'd like to know if the guy can be trusted Thank you
ToneMonkey
Brian, who runs Universal Jems is the man who started this forum. Not only can he be trusted, but I'd encourage people to buy from there. A bit of loyalty if you know what I mean.

Mark_McQ
I bought a Tremel-no from them not long ago. Arrived pretty quickly. Wouldn't have a problem handing over my dough to them again in the future.

thegarehanman
I've always been pleased with brian's service. Whenever he's had what I need in stock, it was shipped out quickly.

Lord-of-the-strings
I'd like to be able to order some pickups from Brian but he doesn't ship DiMarzio's to Canada
Inisheer
I've only ordered from there once. The item I ordered was out of stock at the time, so I had to wait like three weeks for it. But that's not his fault, it is a nice place to shop. Customer service is nice too, I sent him an email and he answered quickly. I would gladly shop there again. PNG123
I'd like to be able to order some pickups from Brian but he doesn't ship DiMarzio's to Canada SInce this topic is already open. I was interested in the TC (telecaster) version Kit. I have a couple of questions; 1) Is the soldering done ,or can i do it myself?? 2) Are there options on the Pick-ups and pick-guards (anr hardware?) 3) Does Brian Ship to Malta? 4) Can the guitar be painted and sent (obliviously for an extra price), since in malta there aren;t companies who paint guitars. 5) What is the quality of the kit (when assembled).. (as good as a Yamaha, an Ibanez, a Fender USA?) That is it actually ). Thanks for your help.
