I need to shield my new Warmoth build in a few weeks... I can buy copper tape from Stewmac, but I am having second thoughts, because I figure I could buy heavy duty foil from a supermarker cheaper, but I do not know if it makes any real difference in shielding effectiveness... so should I go with copper foil or aluminum foil? I would group the order with a bunch of other things (small hardwares like some screws and string trees and strap buttoms... so its no big deal on shipping)

try searching craft sites for lead lighting, you can get copper tape from them, and i'm pretty sure it is a lot cheaper than luthier suppliers.
