oz tradie
I'm sure the novelty wears off pretty quickly. This is as close to icy conditions as I've ever experienced Bwrrrrrrrrr Quote Link to comment
Desopolis
haha.. its in the 40's here and my windows frosted... getting closer to doom.. I love when friends back home see pics of me and my friends in the snow, its a novelty to them. OMG SNOW!! they dont realize, that im at subway, witch took 15 mins to get into the parking lot because the plow put a GIANT bank in front of the side entrance, and I had to come into the lot sideways. My favorite is when it snows so bad you have to clear it off your roof for fear of cave in(my garage). Quote Link to comment
NJD
I can just remember REAL snow as a kid – ever since then this is about as bad as it gets: Not everyone likes snow Our local coal tip in white Quote Link to comment

NamelessOne
I've seen worse. Of course, I'm in calgary, so we get a chinook every couple months or so which melts everything on the ground... it's about 10 degrees C out here right now, with the ground soaked from meltwater. Lord-of-the-strings
Thaaaat's nooothhing We had a snow storm here in Nova-Scotia a couple years back, it was called White Juan because we had a devestating hurricane the autumn before called Hurricane Juan, anyhow... We had 120+ cm of snow, we had a snow drift against the side of my house that buried both of my parents cars, a Ford Escort.... and a Dodge Sprinter . Besides the snow.. you should have seen the winds! Quote Link to comment
mikhailgtrski
It's been raining like crazy here... but the ski areas are opening today, a week or two earlier than normal! Quote Link to comment
Desopolis
bahh.. nasty cold rain here. Quote Link to comment
Canuck Brian
I haven't seen a single speck of snow here in Toronto. Might be the pollution.... Quote Link to comment
NamelessOne
well, apparently Vancouver got hit recently... it's still +10 C and EXTREMELY windy here in Calgary. Only a bit of ice left on the groud, but it's nice and slick, it's surface polished by the sublimation. Quote Link to comment
arling777
We had some snow in cleveland two weeks ago. Then it got warm. Then it got cold for a few days. Today...it was warm, and now its cold and rainy. I do not like how this weather is behaving! BEsides, snow is only good for snowboarding. Quote Link to comment
komodo
Ya , you haven't even started yet Matt. I lived in Minneapolis for 20 years and by the end of winter there would be a MOUNTIAN at the end of the driveway on each side. I am sure Canada is worse than MN . . . have fun with it. You can dig out caves in it and build wicked snow castles. Quote Link to comment
