What type of bridge are you planning on using. That whill help to give you the correct answer.

We have a search function here on our forum. It's not quite as user friendly as google's in that you have to search for exact words or phrases, not different words interspersed in some text. That said, most of the questions you've asked have been answered many times over, and you should be able to find answers in previous discussions. Also, look through mimf.com's forum and search their archives(their search function is more friendly).

I like to use a 3/8" diameter round-nose bit and rout some channels in the body before the top goes on, for the pickup and switch wires, etc all the way to the control cavity. Then try to keep glue a bit away from the channels when gluing the top on.
