arling777
I'm totally new to building guitars, and am probably going to start one with a carvin neck through neck and a an alder body blank. I think I want to do a textured finish like the Jem7dk's..... Can someone breakdown the process of doing a finish like this, including what materials to use etc? I've heard truck bed liner mentioned a few times for stuff like this. The liner on my Dad's truck is exactly how I'd like it to look, but its pretty thick (hindered sustain?), and has a rubbery, somewhat grippy feel to it. Nitefly SA
I think that is the model which is just epoxy dripped all over it then painted black.
