DesertHeat13
Ok heres my questions..1 Is this neck on the bass connected or is it all one piece..does anyone know..it looks like its all one piece..2..would this be hard to do for a guitar..otherwords is it the same process but for 6 strings instead of 4 strings..3..how would you build this into a guitar or how would build this bass again..like what steps would you do in what order..etc..etc..5...if you turned it into a guitar would it be better to keep the tuner heads at the bottom and string it backwards or put them on top..6...is this a paint job or can you get the logo and all that done at a graphics shop and have them laminate it somehow and put it into the finish of the guitar..if that made any sense..ANY info would be helpful..thanks.. Scott Rosenberger
My gut feeling tells me that its a Neckthrough. 1. if it were a set neck, chances are the Heel would look different 2. you really dont see alot of set neck basses. I believe GMW Guitarworks built that bass for him so you could call them for more info. That definately is a Paint Job. Dan Lawrence is famous for stuff like that Have a look Here!
