Yes it does, David uses a lot of flamed limba, this one Rich got for me, it didn't had that much flame in the picture he sent, but once I sanded it smooth and finished it, it came out to life! OMG, I really don't remember the size right now, it was the biggest one that Lowes had in stock. I also took the bearing out to have about 3/8 more diameter by running the tip of the bit against the hole for the pot. I still would like to have a bigger bit.
