Southpa
Heres one made of maple, moderately flamed so I didn't want to cover it a whole lot. A pickguard sort of takes away some of the balance in the overall figuring. I designed a pickup ring for the neck position out of clear, 1-side scratch resistant "Acrulite" and cut some pearloid wrapping paper as a background. The pickup is actually meant for a strat (Seymour Duncan STK-S2) and has the triangle shaped lip. I cut a ledge under the front of the guitar with a dremel so the protruding edge of the pickup slips in first and then the pickup can be righted and screwed down. http://img120.imageshack.us/my.php?image=pickupring8vh.jpg Edited February 13, 2007 by Southpa

Southpa
The guitar is wired for series/parallel between the pickups. You can read about that in this thread. Its one of the best electrical mods I've ever done.
