mikevirok Posted July 4, 2007 Report Posted July 4, 2007 I'm building a guitar with a bloodwood fretboard right now... I'm finishing it up by Saturday... Quote
j. pierce Posted July 4, 2007 Report Posted July 4, 2007 http://homepage.mac.com/sfjoshua/pinkguitar.jpg I can take some better pics of just the board if you want - over the last year the colour has since mellowed to a less vibrant, slightly darker red, but it's still darn red. (It's also filthy, I don't keep my regular instruments as clean as I ought.) Its a nice fairly uniform colour with tight grain. (This is a bloodwood board from LMI) Quote
j. pierce Posted July 4, 2007 Report Posted July 4, 2007 Mike - what is the wood on the wings on your build there? I love the vibrant almost yellow colour there. Quote
