Currently, I use a tablesaw with a blade that has many teeth (72 or 80). Works great! Although this is not the safest method, nor is it practical when you have three different blades with different uses. Ripping, jointing, and slotting fingerboards. Just make sure the surface you're gluing the sandpaper to is true. Take a straight edge to it to double-check. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
